Thom Corrigan, MSW, CMC

Thom Corrigan is the Managing Partner of Mosaic Care Resources and Director of Operations for Griswold Home Care. He has over 30 years experience in the healthcare arena as a Social Worker, Geriatric Care Manager and Aging Life Specialist. His passion has always been to work with seniors and adults with special needs, chronic disease and disabilities. He has advanced training in gerontology, Alzheimer’s disease, mental health, case management and grief counseling. He has volunteered on the Board of Directors for several public health and aging related organizations.

 


Rod Bailey, MSW, PhD

Vice President

Rod Bailey is recognized as an expert in the continuum of healthcare operations with a specialization in post-acute health services. At present, Dr. Bailey is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Beatitudes Campus, a comprehensive life plan community. He serves as a member of the LeadingAge Arizona Foundation, the LeadingAge Arizona public policy committee and is President of the Area Agency on Aging ELDERFriends board.

 


Scott Fischer, BSN

Scott Fischer is co-founder and Owner of Options for Senior Living, an Arizona senior referral company.  One of the founding members of PASRS, Scott has served the healthcare industry for over 25 years. Scott’s vast nursing experience includes nursing administration, nursing education, mental health nursing and home health nursing. Scott has dedicated the past 15 years of his career to the care and service of seniors, particularly in the area of senior mental health with an emphasis on seniors suffering from dementia.  


Bob Dailey
Treasurer

In response to the needs he discovered when his own parents became elderly and required in-home services,  Bob purchased Visiting Angels. He became determined to provide better and more reliable care than what existed for his own parents.  Bob’s background includes 28 years at the director level in the healthcare insurance industry, a Certification in Project Management through the University of Colorado at Denver, and many courses in health care management. He is a Founding Member and current Treasurer of the Arizona Non-Medical Homecare Association and currently serves as a Board Member of the Governing Board of the Florence Unified School District.

 


Steven Chung, MBA
Secretary

Steven Chung owns Senior Living Advisory Group of Scottsdale. A former associate partner for an international management consulting firm, Steven also served as a senior executive for a major aerospace corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in Business Management.  For over 26 years, he has been married to Martha Batista, who is also the founder and owner of Senior Living Advisory Group.  Together they have 3 wonderful children.

 

 


Michelle Booge
Member at Large

Michelle attended Southwest Texas State University and then Creighton University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in English and Philosophy. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Phoenix College and her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. Michelle’s areas of practice encompass estate planning, probate, special needs planning, medicaid planning, conservatorships, guardianships and other areas of law pertinent to such cases and special matters.

 


Michon Jablonski

Michon has served in the senior living industry for over a decade in the independent, assisted, and behavioral environments. Passionate about quality of care, health equity, and serving seniors, Michon is excited to be part of the DispatchHealth team, bringing mobile urgent care capabilities into the comfort of a patient’s home, providing a safe, economical alternative to a trip to the ER. Empowering seniors through education and advocacy, Michon’s goal is to assist seniors in aging successfully in place, and delaying the need for a higher level of care.

 


Ann Ross

Ann has owned dental practices and provided dental care for over 25 years in various settings in Iowa and Arizona.

Through the years of private practice Ann has developed a particular interest for the aging, less fortunate, and vulnerable patients. She had a vision and recognized that a sector of the population was truly under-served. In 2008 Ann pioneered a mobile practice that could serve people with all different physical and cognitive concerns, thus Mobile Dentistry of Arizona was formed.

Ann provides educational, clinical, administrative, and therapeutic services within her practice and in the communities of Arizona. She is passionate about the older adult population and advocates for their oral health. She also serves on the Smile Council for Crest Oral B and Proctor and Gamble, representing the senior care sector.

 


Bonnie Lewis

Bonnie J. Lewis, Allied ASID, Assoc. IIDA, CAPS, is the principal and founder of 55+ TLC Interior Design, LLC. She is a degreed, highly-specialized Senior Living Interior Designer and NAHB Certified Aging in Place Specialist, and is nationally recognized as an expert in her field. Bonnie is passionate about improving physical environments to support psychological, emotional and physical wellness to help people enjoy their “second chapter in life.” She also skillfully designs Alzheimer’s/dementia-support living environments. Since 2013, Bonnie has designed award-winning renovation and remodels, for commercial senior living communities and residential homes for aging in place and living with Alzheimer’s, that are beautiful, functional and reliable for Boomers and Seniors to live longer, more productive lives.

 


Brandon Hampton

Brandon Hampton is the owner of Hummingbird Homes Assisted Living in Peoria. Brandon has joined the PASRS Board to give the homeowners a larger voice. He intends to help open the communication between homeowners and the referral agents. Brandon was previously the head community outreach leader at his church. He also coached high school sports, ran after school and other church programs. Brandon applied to the PASRS Board to put his energies toward advocating for our industry, educating our members and attracting professionals with courage and integrity.

 


Kevin Craig – Co-Owner of The S4 Real Estate Team

Kevin retired after a 27 year career as an investigator and behavioral analysis interrogation instructor. Kevin began a 2nd career in Real Estate in 2004. When the housing market plummeted, Kevin focused on families that were being forced from their homes.This ultimately led to Kevin co-founding a unique teal estate team that fills unique niches. One of those niches includes working with seniors and their families. When a senior’s living situation changes, Kevin’s S4 Team provides a myriad of resources and can coordinate everything from cleaning out an estate to packing and moving. Kevin also teaches at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. He serves as a board member for Hon Kachina (Arizona Volunteerism) and PASRS and as a Cub Scout Master in his community. Kevin and his wife Ronda of 37 years have 3 married daughters and 10 grandchildren. Kevin enjoys mountain biking, and spending quality time with his growing family.

 


Emily B. Kile, Esq.

Emily B. Kile is a graduate of the Northeastern School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Colorado, Boulder and holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Boston College. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NEALA), past President of the Arizona Chapter (2008), and a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the Special Needs Alliance. Emily is Chair of the Foothills Caring Corps.  She is licensed to practice law in Arizona. She has been licensed to practice law since 1993. The Supreme Court of Arizona has re-appointed Emily to serve on the Fiduciary Board through December 31, 2016. The Fiduciary Board oversees the approval and discipline of fiduciaries licensed in the State of Arizona by the Supreme Court.

Her practice is focused on estate planning and related matters, including Medicaid (ALTCS), VA and long term care planning, special needs planning, guardianship and conservatorship issues and estate settlement/probate.

Emily’s niece, Marisa, has Down Syndrome; allowing Emily some insight into issues faced by people with special needs and their families.

 


Randy Medinger, CSA

Randy Medinger is a Certified Senior Advisor and the proud co-owner of Elite Senior Services with a Bachelor’s degree in business management. The company has 7 Senior Care Advocates covering the entire Valley since 2010. He has served in the healthcare industry for 30 years working in orthopedics, home health, hospice and now assisted living placement. Randy is dedicated to serving the senior community by educating with his thorough knowledge of the industry. His patient, compassionate and stedfast approach allows each family to truly understand the industry standards and options available to them. Randy and his wife, Mimi Medinger started the company with the values needed to successfully guide families through the healthcare maze. The company as a whole continues to practice strong ethical advocacy for each and every patient and family it serves.

 


Stacey Fischer

Stacey Fischer became passionate about care for the elderly over 20 years ago when her own grandmother,who suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease needed Senior Living. She was active in searching and visiting centers and homes that would best cater to her needs. She was present in watching and caring for her as she went from Independent Living to end of life in an assisted living home here in the valley.

Over 6 years ago she began working with a healthcare company that specialized in hospice. She facilitated all admissions to the hospice service and was the key coordinator with the physician, family, hospice and often the assisted living home. Through this role and experience, she found her passion was ignited when she was involved in these processes with the families.  She loved to take the time needed and really getting to really know them and their individual needs in order to achieve the best outcome for the family and the loved one.  She got involved in the community she served and began volunteering in various organizations throughout the valley. She became a hospice volunteer, delivered meals on wheels, wrapped and delivered presents to low income seniors, sat on committees that raise money for homeless veterans. That hospice job led to another career that enabled Stacey to see more of the Senior Living Industry and the affiliated resources available to families by marketing and promoting a Senior Housing Guide.  This opportunity expanded her experience and understanding of the Senior Living Industry as a whole.  Joining the Options for Senior Living team in 2015, she now gets to blend the best of both worlds as she spends hours each week with families in the process of researching and selecting the senior living environment that best fits the needs of the senior, while also engaging in the awareness and development of the Options for Senior Living business. She became an active member of PASRS (The Professional Association of Senior Referral Specialists) and HSP (Human Services Professionals) where she currently sits as their President.  She understands that our industry needs compassionate willing people to lead and influence the future for our community and she has been willing to involve herself in those efforts.

Stacey and Scott have been married since 2015 and between them have 6 children two sons in laws and one grandson, born 2016.
